Excellent for a short stay

Impressed with the chalet, as quite spread out, and was not overlooked. Kitchen cutlery, crockery not very clean. Enjoyed our 4 night stay, and think this was long enough at this place, as food not great and entertainment terrible. We ordered food in the pub each of us received our food 5 mins between each other. Entertainment Manager was terrible, one evening during his singing set he went around each and every table in the lounge to ask each of them to guess how old he was !!!! The audience participated games was embarrassing, especially when the winning couple were told to win a bottle of Prosecco they had to do the dirty dancing lift... not great H & S.

The chalet was damp and stunk. The toilet leaked and there was cracked tiles. The bed was so uncomfortable with springs sticking out of the matress and it smelt mouldy. The furniture was falling apart. Not good at all. Would not return.

Such a nice place to visit but pay for better accommodations this site is just old run down and sad

This could be a lovely park it is in a great location but looks rundown and well worn. The entrance is by a big abandoned building and the venue bar was in a shocking condition, we were sat underneath a dirty mouldy hole in the ceiling.

Never return

It’s certainly been upgraded since our last visit, we were pleasantly surprised. We loved every minute, we had time to relax, enjoy the entertainment and enjoy the food. We would definitely return especially at a bargain price which we had .

Basic but adequate clean chalet. The only thing I can comment on is that the tv is very small. I had to pull the sofa up so I could watch it properly.
