The lodge was a nice size in a lovely location. It was a little basic n the bathroom wasn't anything like the photo shown ? The lack of a welcome pack was missed.

Was very nice just needed a bit more time spend on the cleaning as there were a lot of cobwebs and the furniture was a bit dirty & so was the bedding need to pull furniture out and clean behind. It did smell a bit doggy. But everything else was good definitely be back again ?

Love the site even in the rain but lodge not clean and wall heaters rusty and not safe looking, Rats a particular concern. Would return but in the hope that improvements are made/pest control. Was planning a new year break but shocked to see that our dated lodge for 3 days would be over £1000

We could see when we arrived that someone else had been given our lodge first but had obviously complained and given a different lodge as they left there welcome pack in the lodge and you could see people had been in the rooms. The lodge was big enough but damp and run down, shower was rubbish and only one toilet for a lodge that sleeps 8 is ridiculous.

This accommodation would have been fine and a real bargain for the price had it of not been for the musty smell in the small bedroom. This really needs sorting. I would have rated more for the accommodation if it wasn’t for that. Apart from that it was clean.

Awful lodge and you should be ashamed to be charging over £1300 for a week here. Shabby and dated both inside and out. Living room furniture at end of life and the whole place smelled damp/musty, possibly of urine. Complained to reception, they said they would send someone to look but not sure if they did. Ruined what could have been a really lovely week away.
