Description

The open plan, dual aspect living area occupies the first floor of this property and features French windows with a Juliette balcony looking out over the countryside. Numerous windows flood the property with natural light and the property itself is contemporary in design and is finished to an extremely high standard. The living room is furnished with two sofas and accompanying coffee tables, there is also a dining area for four and the large modern kitchen which wraps around the feature spiral staircase. The Doyden is a dog friendly duplex apartment with lovely views over the unspoilt countryside adjoining. The en-suite master bedroom is located on the second floor, the feature Juliette balcony provides views across the countryside. The Second Bedroom is a bunk bedroom also located on the second floor. The skylight fills the room with light and this bedroom also boasts an en-suite bathroom.

This property also features a guest cloakroom in the entrance hall on the first floor. When gaining access to the property from the main car park there are 10 plus steps and communal stairs to the first floor. Once inside there is one internal spiral staircase.
