Love the location. The site was ok. The only issues with the accommodation was the only frying pan was just about big enough fry an egg. Seen as this was a 3 bedroom family accommodation this was disappointing. We went and brought our own. The beds wasn't made we had to do that ourselves. Who ever stayed before us I suspect had a dog as there was a wet patch on the carpet that didn't smell to pleasant and wasn't cleaned to well. Again we went a brought cleaning product.

Nice site. Accomodation was well furnished, appeared new. You really need to travel out for decent walking.

This was a reasonably last minute decision to book somewhere close to Ravenglass Railway Station where we were having afternoon tea. Really pleased to find availability. The booking process was smooth and without issue. We arrived on site and the reception was very helpful. The caravan was huge and clean. The central heating was efficient and needed on a couple of nights due to typical English weather. The kids enjoyed riding their bikes around the site and exploring. Their are no activities on the park for children but we weren’t expecting any. Really nice break and can recommend this site..

Excellent caravan! All the amenities, comfortable and spacious. Small village called gosforth in walking distance with a park, few pubs and a shop. Plenty to see and do if you take the car out for the day. We visited seascale, ravenglass, ennerdale water, hardknott fort and pass, ambleside and lake windermere while there for a week. Very friendly staff more than happy to help.

Overall the place is good, and fairly clean but there are no shops nearby. It's not convient. The place is quite peaceful and quiet.

Great little park. Peaceful and quiet. Surrounded by fields and mountain views. Only 2 miles from gorgeous sandy beaches and 1 mile from Gosforth, a village with 2 pubs and excellent pub food.

Seven acres is just outside the national park but an easy drive to the lakes and seaside. There are pubs and restaurants in the nearby area. It's a nice quiet site with no onsite amenities
