We have been to this site for a few years now .we would highly recommend it. a must for dog owners as they take more then one dog per visit . Lovely not to use the car. beach on the door step. local shops and pub nearby and in season food is available on site certain days

Couldn't find anything wrong, I only have great things to say. Our caravan was very cosy, staff very helpful and the Wednesday night pizza van was superb.

We have been to this site on two previous occasions the one before this holiday was 9 years ago and the standards are still excellent. The site itself doesn't have entertainment which makes it ideal for a quiet holiday, it is only 3 minutes walk to the beach and Jurassic coast. The club shop sells most essential items and there is also a mini supermarket and eateries within easy walking distance. Definitely would recommend for a peaceful holiday.

This was our 3rd visit to this site, however we were disappointed with our accommodation this year. On entering the caravan we noticed a damp smell which later that evening we discovered was because previous holiday maker had had a dog on the sofas which smelt horrible and also effected my partmers asthma and allergy to animals. The office was closed at the time so went first thing and the left us two sheets to cover the settee which wasn't ideal. There was no welcome pack or files on local area and activities, no Iron or board. So a bit disappointed as the holiday cost quite a lot for our 4 night stay. We love the area and location of site and the fact that it's quiet site and easy access to beach directly from site. It's the small touches that makes the holiday special and this was slightly lacking this year.

Very clean & comfortable, although the space around the double bed is very narrow.Gas fire would not ignite, but as the weather was good it did not matter.Sure would have been fixed if requested.Very convenient position close to shop & dog walk.Easy access to beach, town pub * shops etc.Enjoyed stay very much, obviously good weather helped!

Had a lovely time in Charmouth at Seadown. Lovely location close to the beach and village so you can walk everywhere. Very quiet, as usual we had an enjoyable time, caravan clean and tidy, nothing negative to report thank you

The holiday overall was lovely, but the caravan for the money wasn’t the best, we barley slept due to the springs coming through the mattress, both me and my partner both considered sleeping on the pull out bed in the front room but due to the hassle of only being there a few days we decided to grin and bare it. The holiday park was nice, in a nice location and all staff were really helpful but the caravan let us down this time

The Static caravan a Vista was excellent. Very clean and in very good condition. Full central heating which we used occasionally which worked very well. Well equipped kitchen but no dish clothes towels etc which we knew and took our own. We would recommend a vacuum cleaner be supplied as the grass had just been cut so was walked in daily, there was a broom and dustpan to remove the worst deposits. The fish / chip van was excellent , good value and a good menu. There was also a pizza van which was very popular.

Lovely clean and friendly park. Very very close to the sea and beautiful walks. Not the place if you want a busy nightlife. Fantastic dog beach and fossil hunting walks . Def will return
