The caravan we stayed in looked as though it needed a clean. Cobwebs everywhere, cooker greasy. The site served as a base for traveling the area; but I wouldn't go back.

We had the most amazing half term holiday. The caravan was fantastic. It had everything you would need and was spotless. The amazing weather was a bonus. It was very dog friendly. Our two boys loved spending the day fossil hunting and getting cozy round the fire in the evening. We would definately be going back next year if we can.

The van that we stayed in was infested with fly's, the beds were uncomfortably and dirty the pillows smelled

Park was good unfortunately the caravan was full of flies most evenings when we complained we were handed a can of fly spray and woman hoovered up dead flies the first time

Seadown has direct access to Charmouth beach which is great for searching for fossils or just relaxing. It's a quiet site with few facilities ( no pool or club) but a great Base for sightseeing around Dorset. There's shops and a pub within a few minutes walk.

The only reason I've awarded 9 on a couple on things is because we didn't really interact with staff & shop etc was winding down for end of season. It's our 3rd visit to Seadown always had a good stay.☺

Caravans are cold, have no central heating, Vans have thin skins and no double glazing, Bedrooms very very cramped. Narrow beds (even doubles) and no room to walk round. Bed bases are old and rickety. Lounges are large and comfortable (with gas fire) toilet and shower rooms are reasonable but cramped. Kitchen is good and well stocked, Proper full size gas stove! Little room between the vans and no view (apart from the rear on the next van). Location is good being close to the sea but overall there needs to be a much more imaginative use of the space, more facilities and much more comfortable caravans. Oh and WiFi is ridiculously expensive.

Location was excellent, on arrival staff was good, but we had to make up the bed in the second bedroom. Caravan was very cold and was surprise that it was not fully central heating.
