Domestic accommodation had not been properly cleaned for a considerable time - weeks, or even months.

The caravan was old and smelt we had to buy air fresheners, the caravan steps were loose and dangerous, the clothes hook in the bathroom was laying on the sink and we had to have shower mended, the oven door didn't close properly, the kettle leaked every time you poured it, the windows didn't close fully, the sofa cushions had holes in them and the arms were frayed, there was hardly any kitchen utensils we had to go and buy some to use, the skirting boards were mouldy,

Very nice park, but restaurant needs to separate from the entertainment room, far too noisy!

The caravan was a good size and beds were comfortable. The surrounding areas were clean. They had entertainment every night and activities for the children. The only downfall is that they have no wi-fi in the caravans and we were unable to connect to the wi-fi even in the main activity building.

The park provided us with a great location to explore south Devon. Brixham is a picture perfect village setting and perfect to walk around the harbour. The park is set at the top of the hill and so if your planning not to use the car, think again! The 3 bed platinum caravan was very well set out and modern inside however, compared to other sites we have stayed out I would not say it was well resourced with many utensils not provided and only 2 glasses for a 6 + birth caravan. The park is well maintained and even though the pool looks a little tired is good for what you want. My only moan is the cleanliness of the caravan on arrival and lack of terrace area. Considering these are supposed to be the top caravan on the park, we were surrounded by those with terraces and yet nothing on ours. The caravan on our arrival was certainly not very clean, toys of the previous occupiers were on the floor of the lounge in the corners, food and wrappers under the beds and a shaver in the toilet still. It needed a Hoover and yet this is the first caravan I have been in that did not have one, or an ironing board. I would return here but I would make a point of asking for the caravan to be thoroughly cleaned, especially when your bringing a very young family. Unfortunately our request to be in a quiet part of the park was not met as we were 2 vans from the bar and entertainment. This sounds a little bit overly negative but the few poor things there were are aspects that are important and need addressing.

Chalet was disgusting, animal fur everywhere, mould in bathroom nails sticking out of walls in children’s bedroom. Left a day early due to state of place. I have put in complaint. Staff were lovely though, very friendly and able to communicate with children . Not enough dining chairs for party.

The park and grounds were well maintained with attention detail on the common areas between the caravans and paths were in good order. The park location was a little difficult to find on arrival and tucked in the back of Brixham. There was only one specifically named sign to the park from the road. Access roads were also quite narrow.

Well positioned for access to nearby towns. Hilly so car used a lot. Nice scenic walk to St Mary's bay but beware steep steps! Would definitely return next time I come to Devon!
