This was our 4th visit to rydal retreat and we have already booked a two week break for next year for my 60th birthday. If you are looking for a quiet, spotlessly clean and private area to yourselves this is the place, a big thank you to all the staff at avonwood for another fantastic holiday.

The only suggestion would,be extra foil and bin bag but it’s not a major thing

I would suggest adding an armchair for anyone, like myself, that struggles with low sofas. It would be more comfortable than sitting on a dining chair for the duration of your stay. And this is by no means a criticism....just a suggestion for people with mobility/disability issues.
