Charmouth is a lovely place with beautiful views. The caravan was a bit small for us and as the twin beds were too small, one of us had to sleep on the seating in the lounge area. The fold-out bed couldn't be used - when we tried to pull out the bed, there was no room for it as the table was in the way and there was no space to put the table anywhere else. We reported this to Reception when we checked out. The wooden bench table and seating outside the caravan was a nice touch if you wanted to sit for a little while, although we had brought our own chairs, as had other holidaymakers, as the seating was uncomfortable after a while. The site was peaceful and well maintained. Any staff we encountered were polite and helpful.

Omg what can I say we absolutely loved the place the caravan was lovely, the facilities well everything that you needed to make sure yourself and kids had fun, entertainment in the night was fantastic prices on the restaurant food was good. Also had a shop on site that had everything you needed. The staff were friendly and were happy to help if any problems. The site was very clean and maintained well, also beautiful surroundings close to the beach, overall what a fantastic place for everyone will be returning next year to make more amazing memories

The sofa bed wasn't that comfy for 10 nights, the caravan as a whole was clean and the shower was lovely. More storage space would have been nice in the way of cupboards on the walls in the living room area and not just under the seats which were useful but takes effort to get into them every time. Definitely worth visiting the area but it's still expensive. I guess the idea of keeping the cost down to the same as they charge in June is not a popular one.

Bed was too soft for us. Bedrooms could have done with being bigger. Well equipped.

Caravan was very clean. Plenty of hot water and good power shower. Only downside was fridge could have been bigger.

The site is extremely clean with excellent facilities, visitors need to be aware that it is on a hillside so there are some steep banks. It is in a great position for touring the area; Exeter, Sidmouth within easy reach and well worth visiting. If you are feeling energetic you can walk to West Bay ( Broadchurch ) and Lyme Regis well worth it. My only gripe is that the outdoor pool was not open although full when we stayed mid May and the temperatures where on some days in the upper 20's.

A fantastic caravan. Perhaps a little small for our family of 5.
