Lovely lodge with great facilities, great location and friendly staff. Only small issue was the sand stone driveway which got dragged into the lodge on the bottom of shoes and needed sweeping up so as not to scratch the laminate.

Had the best time on this farm, the cabin was top notch, beautiful log burning fire. Kitchen with everything you would need to have a little cook up. The hot tub was 1st class, we sadly didn’t read the welcome pack and didn’t realise they empty it the night before you leave. 10/10 5stars from us x

We had a fantastic stay in Hare Lodge. The Lodge was stunning, it was better in real life than the pictures. Very spacious and clean set on a beautiful farm. I loved the location as was able to get to local attractions easily and then retreat back to rural paradise. The owners came to greet us which was lovely. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

It was a lovely quiet site just the 3 cabins, we had Hare which was well furnished, maintained and clean. Seating in lounge was great for a family to chill out and watch movies together. Very poor wifi we had 2 different networks and still couldn't get reception but then it wasn't essential for us and we just googled places and things to do when we were nearer a main town. The only niggle we had was use of the hot tub, if you choose a holiday for 4 nights Mon - Fri then you should be able to use the tub for the whole duration of your stay, never stayed anywhere that said you couldn't use it on your last day as it had to be emptied and clean for next people it's not like it was a wood-fired tub. Kids disappointed not go in it on the Thursday. Some hooks on the backs of doors would be handy and no mirror in the bathroom?? lots to do nearby, great for families maybe a swing/slide/playhouse would also be handy just to amuse the wee ones on an evening. All in all we thought cabins good quality and spacious. Pizza oven really needs to be on for a good couple of hours, we made good use of it !

Lovely quiet getaway in the heart of the Somerset countryside. Three lodges on site - we stayed in the Hedgehog Lodge - three bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin). Lovely spacious lounge, dining, kitchen area. Lovely bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Hot tub right outside the door and lovely patio area out front with swing seat and pizza oven. Supplied plenty of wood for the wood burner in the lounge. Owners are lovely and very welcoming. High recommended.

Perfect for us! So quiet and private...beats rows of cabins any day! Although theres 3 lodges , all in use, we felt so private! Owners were lovely. Everything catered for . Lodges were clean, warm, comfortable...a pleasure. Outside with the hot tubs and burner/pizza oven listening to birds and sheep was so peaceful. Surrounding area.......everything you want with 5 -10 miles. This was just for myself and my husband but we are definately wanting to book for our little family very soon. Highly recommend!

This was just the perfect getaway myself and my fiance needed. Everything was just beautiful. The lodge was so much better then we expected. The bath was huge. The beds were so so comfortable. I could go on for hours on just how perfect this getaway was. The owners left you to your own device instead of checking up on you and annoying you on your break. Everything was so clean.

We had a great time with our friends and their dog there. Lodge is ideal for 5(or 6) people with a pet as it's large enough for everyone to relax at the fire or chill in the hot tub. Cheddar Gorge and Weston-super-Mare are both within 20-30min drive and are beautiful to explore. Cheddar Gorge walk is just great, takes about 3h slow walking and has some scenic views. There's a fire pit/pizza oven that we used. I'd suggest taking skewers since there's no grille on top. We tried the pizza oven and it worked after we had a big fire, but takes a while to cook. Other than that a great BBQ addition we used throughout the stay.
