Pool was smaller than I thought and only open until 5 which was disappointing.

Cracking location, service quick for food. If just waiting on drinks it’s not so quick. Accommodation required a bit attention but didn’t upset holiday. Door handle off, thermostat on radiator lying at side do couldn’t adjust. Nothing major.

Excellent holiday ... but Dirty dishes, should be checked and there were 3 broken glasses. I cut myself washing them before we could use them. Mentioned this on check out. Launderette needs a sign so all machines can’t be monopolised by one (downright rude) woman and then closed next 2 days during day. Put a notice up restricting one person to two machines at any one time! The caravan would have benefited from having a full length mirror and as the overhead lights were really bright, some lamps in seating area and twin room as in Double room. Also in cafe, the coffee is horrible, better with a proper coffee machine. We ended up going to schoolhouse. All minor stuff. Apart from that really good.

We have been to grannies lots of times and I have to say this was the most disappointing visit we have had. The caravan was quite dirty. The service from bar staff was slow and one in particular was extremely unhelpful. The toilets in the showbar were always dirty and one was leaking for a few nights and the taps rarely worked. I know its coming to the end of the season but the place was still busy and the cost of the caravan wasn't any cheaper. It hasn't put me off going back however I hope my next visit is better or that will be the last time.

Had an amazing time. Vinnie, Megan and Rihanna were amazing with the kids and a good laugh with adults too. The only disappointing things were that we didn’t see any character other than Sid the Seagull and also the swimming pool changing rooms were quite dirty. Would definitely recommend and will be back!!

The caravan was a bit on the small side for two people and a large dog, every time we went to the toilet or bedroom we had to move him to get in or out apart from that we had a good four days.

Incredible, the views, the beach, the park, the restaurant, the arcade, the entertainment. I can’t fault any of it. We will definitely be back at least once each year, it’s the perfect get away.
