We had a lovely time. The lodge is very high standard accommodation. Perfect for grandparents taking their grandchild away.

Very nice lodge. Well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Towels and bedding very clean and overall very inviting. Would definitely recommend.

As Dorset is such a lovely area accommodation is more expensive cut for the price you pay we felt there some attention to detail missing (or being picky as I have stayed in a lot of H lodges over the years) Even though they provide toiletries or the price you pay I thought 1 soap and 1 lot of toiletries for 2 bathrooms not very generous! A blind was missing in the living room but when we mentioned this at reception they advised they were awaiting a replacement. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed.

The only criticism is that the decking and outside furniture had algae and bird poo, but as the weather wasn’t up to much did not use.

Very nice stay away, our second time at a Darwin resort (last year we stayed at Lake District). Great location, an ideal base for exploring. Clean site and a nice size (not too big). Lodges well equipped. Would highly recommend.

The only issue I had was that underneath the furniture was very dirty - I only noticed when I dropped something and had to look under the bed and it was evident it hadn’t been cleaned for some time.

Water pressure was lower than Linden 2, and WiFi was weak.

It was a good mid week break. Not sure standards were as high as normal, but still very good. Thanks.
