very happy to have spent our holiday here. weve stayed at many parks in the past, and i have to say the caravan and service were second to none

Wonderful site. Brilliant play park and crazy golf. The caravan we stayed in unfortunately was a bit grubby, the site swimming pool was extremely cold and the arcade was very run down. Although we made the most of everything on offer and the entertainment was fantastic for young and old.

Our group was 2 couples & 2 3year olds, and we simply had the best time! The accommodation was spotless the park was clean and tidy. I can’t fault our stay. We will be back. Location was perfect for forest trips and Paultons Park. Highly recommend!

Had a pleasant but eventful week. The first caravan although comfortable was freezing as heating system problem after 3 days moved to new van where the bathroom cabinet door fell off.All problems sorted then to finish off the week the poor person opposite passed away.A bit of a soap opera but overall a good week and maintenance staff excellent

Lovely break really enjoyed it. Caravan was lovely. Down side of caravan. You need to put some hooks up. Would be a nice to have. Coat hooks Hooks in bathroom for towels etc. Tea/coffee was nice touch on arrival. Needed some kitchen bits like spatula would of been useful. Couldnt get dvd player to work soon found out why...scart lead was not fitted and was under tge cupboard loose. Last item.... we had a caravan one row back from the road in low season...would of been better to be near road so your not walking over wet/muddy grass into your lovely caravans. But hey all tiny stuff but we had a great time and will return.

Can't fault the accommodation. Nice welcome pack in caravan consisting of beverages and cleaning items. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings. My only fault was being informed that the nearest shop was a 5 minute walk when this is more like a 5 minute drive. The tables in the restaurant were found to be sticky and had not been cleaned following the departure of the previous users. There was no control on access to the facilities of an evening. However we would return.

We had a mini break for my husbands birthday with our two children and we had a fab time. Our caravan was amazing, the staff were great and the entertainment was entertaining. My only gripe is they need to have more variety on there menus and a little supermarket would of been nice.

Caravan was run down with broken blinds through out with one off of the wall and on the floor in the bathroom, curtains not attached, and generally dirty on arrival, other sections either dirty or broken.. Went to discuss with reception and got fobbed off with a phone call from manager, who left a voicemail saying they will need to order a new blind, but they did place it back on the wall in the interim.... you just couldn't raise or lower it, or even touch it as it would fall off again. Staff generally seemed ok, but everything was too much trouble. Arcade was awful and largely broken through out. One machine kept my son's money, he asked a member of staff for help who stated "what do you want me to do?". Entertainment night staff were good. Pool was ok, however very basic. Out door activities were good. Went for the weekend for my sons birthday, we left early and went home at Sunday lunch time.

We had a lovely holiday at Hoburne Park. We went in February so out of season so the entertainment was not on. Its a quiet small park but my 3 year old daughter still had a fab time.

We went here for a weekend break Friday 25th January to the Monday. We was very disappointed with it as when we arrived no one told us anything apart from where to find the caravan. There was nothing for my 8 month old daughter to do even the under 5s play area was no good. You think there would of been some plastic balls for her to sit and play with but no. There was no entertainment on and we wasn't told this when we got there or even booked, but it does say on the website entertainment all year round. We did ask at the cafe and was told that you can go and watch the football on the TV and kids are allowed in there. Well my husband and myself are not into football and I'm sure I'm 8 months old daughter wasn't fussed about it. We went out on the Sunday in the morning and decided to go back to the campsite as they do a roast dinner so we thought we would try it. We went to reception to ask and they sent us to the cafe the people behind the cafe said they had run out of stuff for the roast. This was the last straw for us and we decided to pack up and leave that day. We ended up going to the Toby along the road before leaving. Once we packed I went to reception to check out and said to the lady behind the desk we are leaving early and all I got was ok. No why or how was your stay or anything. It was like they couldn't be bothered. The caravan was really nice and apart from the drying rack tray everything was really clean and kept neat. Can't say anything about the swimming pool as we didn't use it. Apart from going out for the day we might of as well been at home in the evenings watching tv as apart from sitting up the bar area having a drink there was nothing else to do. I feel there should be a proper welcome pack to let you know times pool opens etc and what's on or not on in this case. All there was in the pack they gave us was our key, a map, our passes for entertainment and swimming pool and a leaflet saying book your holiday for 2019. If your gonna book make sure you phone to check things you want to know first then you won't end up so disappointed.
