The park was lovely although if you dont have a car would be hard to get to places as is on a main road & opposite residential houses.

We had a lovely few days at this campsite. Beautiful setting and lots of activities going on although unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to do them all. Such a lovely part of the country and so much to see.

It is a lovely park in pleasant surroundings. As only the indoor pool was open (time of year) it was a little crowded and better pool facilities are on offer in other parks I have visited. However the overall facilities were good and the on site prices were extremely good. We only sampled the on-site breakfast but that was well cooked and well presented. One area all these parks could improve (including Sandford) is the availability of bar staff. Upstairs in the entertainment centre 1 member of staff was overwhelmed. Shop/chip shop all provided good value.

Unfortunately everything was very prompt organised. We had to wait over an hour to be able to get in the swimming pool. We also had to wait hours to be able to have a go in the go karts. As this was so poorly organised we chose to spend our time off site. It’s a lovely site but staff were new to the job, untrained and not prepared for the amount of people

Excellent holiday, so much to do in and around the holiday park. Only bad point is they don’t have the facilities for the number of people they accommodate. Almost impossible to get a table for the evening entertainment and the swimming pool was always full with a que waiting to go in and only 3 cubicles in the women’s toilets, was quicker to go restaurant toilets than wait in the que. other than that the place is great and kids love it. We have been twice now.

First time visiting the site so we didn't quite know what to expect. Site is fantastic! Caravan was lovely, clean, tidy, everything you could have needed and more was provided. Facilitates was fantastic. Didnt experience all entertainment however what we did experience was amazing! Staff are so friendly and good at the jobs. We only ate in the restaurant one night but food was so nice! Big portions, fantastic taste. All in all amazing holiday. We have already rebooked for August next year for the whole family.

Fantastic holiday. Check in was easy. All staff very helpful. Great facilities. Very clean. Caravan a good size, beds very comfy. It was just a little cold even with the heating on but the positives out weighed this.

I didn't get what I asked for, there was no facilities for me to mop floors or sweep, I wanted to turn the heating up on the boiler to find no knobs to do so, I had to ask for someone to supply,a better toaster than the one I got because it was filthy, I do not believe I should have to strip my bedding that should come in the deal and,who has ever heard of not removing the mattress protector in the process? My biggest problem was I asked for a double bed because of my condition, all I got was two singles in the master bedroom, (I was offered different accomodations yes but, only after us unpacking) I do however want to compliment the size of the freezer compartment it was adiquite!

The food was appalling in the restaurant . we had to send one meal back, another was overcooked and the choice for gluten free was only one meal choice of which they did not have half of the ingredients. When asking a waitress we just got a shrug of the shoulders. Accommodation was good and reception staff friendly. We would not return as the restaurant facilities were so poor.

Overall the park, facilities and staff were great. We had an amazing holiday The park was safe, free from litter and in nice green surroundings. On arrival we had to clean the caravan which was not ready by 4pm. Found a dirty sock in the bedroom and one of the bedrooms smelt of smoke. Once cleaned, the caravan was lovely and had everything we needed. Reception arranged for an air neutraliser to remove the smoke smell (this didn’t really work) The club house had lots of seating but was not very clean and every night we sat at a table that was either full of glasses or very sticky. Entertainment was excellent for younger ones but lacking for over 10s. There were other chargeable activities, which reasonably charge and We made use of the pool tables, pool and the parks other activities. Drinks and food were good value for money
