Very tired accommodation. The chairs were broken. We asked at reception for new chairs they didn't replace them just bodged them together. The beds were very uncomfortable. Very basic

The chalet was bright and spacious, which we loved, but the kitchen chairs were coming apart and the bathroom was a bit grim.

Great value for money. We purchased the WiFi in the chalet which was £10 for the week which kept all 5 kids happy. The facilities on site kept us all busy especially with the football pitch. Booking the swimming pool was easy but didn’t like the fact that it was only a 45 min swim then a fight for the shower and then bench space, I ended up changing in the shower/ sink area as there wasn’t any space. The evening entertainment wasn’t great and our older children were bored even the arcade didn’t excite them after the 2nd day, luckily the football on the big screen in the bar helped. Reasonable priced bar and the food was good too. Unfortunately the kitchen, oven, microwave and crockery let the whole facility down. Oven took hours to cook anything. Only 1 shelf in the oven too for a family of 7 was useless. The newer heaters in the chalet didn’t heat the rooms up but the older heaters were great. We needed these as it was February and cold especially when we had been out climbing in the day. Overall a good break away but small improvements could be made to make it better.
