Charming place nice and quiet very relaxing could do with a chair to sit outside would have been nice some park benches in the lower field so you could sit and watch kids play but would love to go to this site again

Caravan was clean, the seating is always a little uncomfy where ever you go. Take a heater if nights are cold as no heating in the bedroom area

Not much to say. If it's cold take an electric heater as the caravan only has the gas fire in the lounge.

Caravan was clean and quite new, as always with caravans you never get enough room each side of the bed, but that's the same everywhere. It 2as warm and comfortable.

Disappointing week's holiday. The location - Charmouth -is great and to have a base was good, but we are not used to having no central heating (even though it was pointed out when booking), with only the one gas fire built in in the lounge. Also most holiday sites now have at least a small allocation of free WiFi - 10 minutes a day to check emails for example - rather than having to pay quite a hefty fee. We didn't like the layout of the caravans - quite close together with no attempt at fences, shrubbery, etc., and no porch/sitting area - no privacy. We won't be staying here again. There was no welcome pack of any sort no dish cloth, washing up liquid - this is common in holiday sites these days.

we found a little dirt in a few areas such as the bottom of shower (outside). cupboards , alot of cob webs and spiders , but we all know spiders can appear over night, we didnt find the seating very comfortable ,but nothing that cant be coped with, with extra cushions or pillow. we found a few things added to kitchen might be good, no cutting board,or anywhere to put sugar tea ect ,ok if only two of you as you can use the dishes . over all a very nice van would use again ,just would take a few extras ,

Caravan was lovely but No Radiator’s,so we were freezing at night in the bedrooms and toilet..not even any blankets provided. Would have been nice to have had sachets of washing up liquid and a tea towel etc...
