The park surroundings were very nice and clean with a nice restaurant but the sleeping situation was very bad as single beds are slatted as is the small double and the pull out bed frame was very flimsy with a very thin mattress so for a gentle of my larger stature it was totally unsuitable as had to put single mattress on seat in living room area for three nights and removed for seating purposes in the daytimes so caused lack of sleep plus inconvenience leading to cutting short our break! The oven had old crumbs in door way and centre window net curtain had mould at the bottom plus the toilet roll holder rod detached from the main casing!

Enjoyed our stay but on arrival and being given our unit number it took some time to find it. If the numbers on the units could be clearer and perhaps direction boards be placed at strategic places it would be helpful. After all there are over 700 units on site. Facitilities we used were fine, but we were there for a rest we were not very active. would seriously think about coming again.

Caravan was clean and well maintained. Site also. Restaurant was a little disappointing in the wait when there were not too many in the restaurant we still had to wait over 50 minutes.

Lovely park. Very clean and tidy. Bar prices bit expensive. Mash and barrel pub food was ok but nothing special. Service at times was very slow. The entertainment in the showbar was poor during the week but ok at weekends.

Overall we felt that the facilities weren’t large enough to cope with the number of people staying on the site. Both pools were packed every day, we were getting hit by balls and woggles and even got jumped on!!! the club room was rammed every night and we couldn’t get seats to take our granddaughter to the activities, she wasn’t confident enough to go in with us only standing in the doorway. There was an hour and a half wait for food every night. We also felt that the caravan we stayed in had some bits missing....no bath mat and no where to hang clothes when we’d been swimming. The guy in the caravan next to us struck his diesel van up at 0630 on a couple of mornings too.

single dad of 4 children, good value for the arcade, thought the drinks at the bar where a little pricey. Caravan was of a high standard clean and tidy,

Spent nearly £600 to stay in a shoe box it was supposed to be a deluxe caravan it was rubbish.

The park was spacious and green, with nice views over the water. The only disappointment for us was having to go through the arcade to access the facilities. This seems very odd and not great with young children. The arcade and bar were very overwhelming and extremely busy. We preferred to stay near the caravan and open spaces.

Been going to this park for 8 years, this year will be the last as the place has gone downhill dramatically, pub on site didn't have food for over half our stay and van that was meant to be a prestige van was in poor condition.

It took 3 attempts to get our keys, we finally got them at 3:30pm our booking in time was 3pm. No where to park our car the security had to come out and ask other people in vans if we could park in places by their vans (most were obliging apart from one who persisted in parking his car in a place that made it hard to park in one of the spaces). We went to the restaurant twice and both times we had out money refunded because the food both times was cold plus the meals were incomplete. On the first Sunday we went to have a carvery and found only one bar staff serving and taking orders, it took 20minutes to get served and that was when the queue was fairly short (soon after the queue was all down the ramp and heading towards the door). We paid a £10 deposit for a spare key, the day before we were due to leave we went to hand the spare key back and get our deposit returned we were told there was no-one there who could give us the deposit refund (this was at 4:30pm). We explained to the security staff (who were the only staff at reception) that we were planning to leave well before 9am when the reception staff came in, (the security staff were very polite and tried to help we have no problem with the way they helped and treated us) Finally at about 6:30pm we got our deposit back, We have used holiday camps off and on for over 30yrs but Littlesea Holiday park was the worst managed, Apart from the security staff who seemed to be on top of their job no-one else seemed to be in charge or knew what was going on, bar staff and chefs appeared to have little or no training and were overwhelmed by the amount of people on the camp.

The reception staff on check in were rude & unhelpful. I asked for a 2nd key to our 8 berth caravan as our party were not going to be together at all times. I was told there is only one key to this caravan & there is nothing they can do about it. After insisting they must do something about it another key was found. Unfortunately I didn't check it & the next day my daughter & her 2year old were unable to leave the caravan when the rest of us were out because it was the wrong key. I suspect they gave me it to shut me up the previous day. When I went back to reception to complain I was once again told there is only one key. When I said I wanted to complain as my daughter had had a wasted morning. I was told I can fill out a customer feedback form. I asked for that & was then told I can't take it away with me, they would fill it in for me, I could sign it but I couldn't have a copy of it. Totally ridiculous! A second key did miraculously appear at that point. Does this mean they had been lying the whole time? At no point did the staff appear to want to help, in fact I felt they were being deliberately obstructive. I believe it was only the reception staff that were this rude as the other members of staff around the park & in the pool area were very nice. Particularly a young man at the outdoor rangers station where my grandson had a lovely time joining in with a bug hunt & a treasure hunt Unfortunately it is the first impression which really stands out. This experience will make me think twice about going again
