Again things need replaced. Bed mattress’s we’re just springs. Couch was very uncomfortable. Food was nice but not much choice. Everything came with chips. No other healthier option and restaurant needs heating. Everything was shut as it was quiet. I understand but disappointing for the kids. Again if money was spent on the place it would a lot better.

Horrid experience, we were booked up for a long weekend, Fri to Mon, we ended up leaving on Sunday afternoon. All day Saturday we had bad winds and around the hot tub area were 2 trees, the noise off them hitting the chalet roof all day Saturday was so annoying and we should not have had to listen to it. The trees should be cut right back but due to lack of maintenance on the site I wasnt surprised they had been left to over grow.

The lodge we stayed in had a hot tub. You had to go out the front door, lock it and then into a separate locked gate to get to the grubby back yard it was situated in. This is Ridiculous. Not relaxing at all. I was travelling with kids and there was no seating in the back yard so had I not insisted we moved would have had to stand in the yard to supervise them. Not relaxing for a couple either. Completely stupid set up

Chalet good value for money, beds clean but no fridge on arrival. No sheets or bedding on one of the beds and smoke alarm kept going off when taking a bath! Housekeeping could be a bit better.

Stayed at one of the lodges with a hot tub and the accommodation was very clean, great facilities and much bigger than I had expected.

Our chalet was great value as we had gone out of season, I wouldn't have wanted to pay full price in high season as the furnishings are a bit tired.
