Not great didn't actually get into the lodge until nearly five as still being cleaned meaning we had to sit outside with small children and our pet. We missed the children's entertainment due to the time we got into the lodge we also had to do some cleaning as the standard was not brilliant (as with previous lodges we have booked) There was an overpowering smell like wet dog which we found unacceptable. All the dirty laundry from previous guests was left just outside the front door making entry with a pram very difficult. We requested it to be moved and this did not happen so my husband had to remove the dirty wet laundry himself which is not acceptable. Reception staff were quite rude saying check in is from four and not at four but my booking clearly stated four.

Warmwell has everything a family needs from a holiday park... entertainment, 2p machines, fish and chips take away and a shop. Just perfect for our family of 4. The things in the surrounding area are great. My top tip is to head to the bar where they have a leaflet area where there is a variety of great tips for places to go.

We had a fantastic holiday. There is so much to do on site and on the surrounding area that we could easily have spent much longer there. The staff working on the ski slope were really good with the children and everyone was friendly and helpful.

No wave in pool, staff always saying sorry but not doing anything to help. Twice the fire alarm went off over two days stopping some activities ie pool soft play bingo and all we got was sorry! Expensive for what it is would not book here again.

Staff way too laid back. When asked if wave machine was likely to be repaired I was told ' you know as much as I do' Wave machine was key reason for picking Warmwell above other parks in the area. Pool was shut completely forenovated one of the days due to some technical problem. Again laid back attitude was a bit much. Food expensive for the quality and choice on offer. Fish and chip take away not recommended. I asked for the cocktail of the week as advertised on bar and was told no ingredients to makeep it!

Had a lovely stay at the park. The site was well maintained and enough for the children to do. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely holiday at Warmwell, having been upgraded for free which was a lovely surprise on arrival. Plenty for our 3 boys aged 2-7 to do. Some thing we only managed to try once as there was so much to do in the park and surrounding area. My boys loved the ski slope, soft play and swimming pool especially. Lovely staff and great setting.
