when we arrived the weather was lovely, however the apartment was very tired, and one of the windows was blown so could not see out of it, then the cooker was not working, and some of the lights were not working, at 7pm we were having to see reception, we were moved to a blue 12 caravan, which was very nice, at no extra cost, the picture on line for the apartment was not what we ended up with, and so would not reccmmend these, as so tired, we even had wall paper coming off. BUT when we had problems it was sorted out quickly which saved our holiday being spoiled, the caravan was perfect, but then to be honest it was top of the range. cannot answer most of questions as did not use on site areas.

Great holiday park. We stayed in an apartment which had steps which wasn't ideal with a baby but apartment was clean & had all the essentials. Also a great view of Chesil beach & the sunset. Definitely will be going back but to stay in a caravan.

apartment is neat and functional. Noise from air conditioning unit at shop behind annoying when needed windows open due to hot temperatures.

The accommodation double bed had sharp edges on which my partner bruised her leg. Also sharp edges on the dining table, if i had a child with me there could potentially be a problem. Wall paper was peeling off the walls in the main bedroom.

Was a lovely week in Chesil Vista. Only had two "gripes". The mattresses in the apartment were horribly springy, uncomfortable and drastically need updating. The amusement arcade was ok. But nowhere to get change and the "grabby" machines were only refilled on the Monday. The rest of the week, they were practically empty, but that didn't stop my daughter feeding it pound after pound with still no win. I did mention this to a member of staff, but n notice was taken. We didn't eat from the restaurant/takeaway. Reason being, we saw lots of people returning food and complaining. We went to the nearest takeaway (about 10min walk). Portland was lovely. We come from near Dartmoor in Devon,so we love the countryside. Portland was really nice. The litter around the main attraction (Portland Bill) was quite a shock to be honest.
