Great holiday, lovely surroundings and good facilities. General swim times could be longer so you could enjoy the swimming facility after a day out. Guttering on lodge needs fixing or cleaning out as we stayed during a wet week. Only minor things great holiday overall!

Maybe a few more vegetarian options on the menu for the restaurant and the chip shop.

Beautiful surroundings, very clean accommodation, excellent facilities with plenty to keep our 3 year old entertained even on the rainy days. Good food at the restaurant. Will definitely revisit.

The site and facilities were very good, I must mention the Restaurant that was excellent. We have stopped in cabins at two other sites so we were expecting the same standards but the Cabin we had was sad, it needs freshening up. The outside needs re staining, the leather dining chairs were shabby, the settees and pouffe were stained, the shower head (on-suite} worked but looked shabby and the main carpet in the sitting area needs cleanings and finally the Patio had not been cleaned, the table and chairs were covered in bird poo and the cushions had been left outside so they were soaking, filthy and also covered in dirt and bird poo. We found a few faults but staff had to be reminded more than once before anything was done. Finally the cabins position was superb over looking the lake and the layout of the site was very good.

Despite the weather being grey and rainy a lot of the time we still had a super holiday. The chalet was clean, warm and comfortable and suited our party very well (two adults and two small children). I can't speak highly enough of Warmwell - it is a beautiful holiday park with many attractions within easy reach and plenty onsite to keep adults and children busy.

I stayed in a 3-bed Charminster Lodge which was very well equipped, comfortable, spacious and in a nice spot. One small gripe was the lack of household items. One loo roll for a booking of 3 adults and two children. One dishwasher tablet for a 4-night stay. No washing up liquid. No handwash. No tea towels. No kitchen roll. This meant we had to go out and buy these items and it would have been nice if these items were already in the lodge. This is only a small criticism; the lodge was lovely and the two cots we booked were brand new. The restaurant was okay but nothing special. The fish and chip shop was very good though. The grounds were very pleasant and a deer casually strolled up to our lodge to say hello. We didn't really try the other facilities so can't comment on those. Overall a very good holiday experience.

we had a very enjoyable time, the chalet was a little shabby but would have been satisfactory but could have been cleaner. The people cleaning the chalets should be trained to move things like microwaves and to clean in the corners.

I loved it here. There was so much to do with the kids and even the rain didn’t stop us having fun.

We took 5 grandchildren and daughter and son in law staying in 2 chalets. There was plenty to amuse the three generations. We had a lovely time.

Would have preferred to be able to get into lodge before 4pm as lost most of first day and last day as had to be out early by 10am
