The caravan we stayed in was clean and what you what expect. You can’t park next to the caravans so if it’s been raining a lot prepare for the surroundings to get rather muddy, there are paths from all caravans to the main path mind so not too much of a problem just a pain for unloading etc. The pool is tiny now slide as we were lead to believe from the pictures this is a the sister site down the road but again not a big pool but kids didn’t mind.

A superb accommodation that has a few, minor, flaws such as light bulbs not working. However it was very clean and in a superb location. We'd love to go back, soon.

Shocked to see caravan in run down state- settee looking worn, gas fire not working despite being informed to house keeping, linen needed changing as stains present. no extractor fan in kitchen, inadequate kitchen tools, parking not available at times despite made aware of my disability, poor lighting outside caravan.

Lovely caravan just right for 2 of us and our dog. Nice walks at hand too. We didn’t use the facilities. Only thing was we had to hunt for a parking space daily.

Bearing in mind we had a very active 16 month old with us, there was 4 steep steps up to the caravan door. Baby could reach the handle and if opened would have fallen straight down the steps down a small bank and straight on to the road. Also not great when you’ve got the buggy or when he was asleep. The steps up to the path to our caravan were not illuminated at all at night and there was a parking bay right infront of the steps which made it difficult when carrying luggage and items. Also our to fit our travel cot in we had to put one single bed mattress on top of the other and then lean the frame against the wall, not ideal. There was only one stool at the table and the fire had small loose stones in it, again not ideal with baby. I know you get what you pay for but don’t feel like our needs were considered at all.

When we arrived the lady at the desk noticed that we didn’t drive so she moved us to a closer caravan. That was really good but what wasn’t so good was that when we got to the caravan the floor had just been mopped and was left soaking wet and smelling of wet dog! Considering on the caravan door it said it was a non dog caravan there had definitely been one in there! (The hairs were all over the door mats)! Once I had cleaned every where (and got rid of a lot of spiders and webs) we used Some air freshener and it was a lot better! It was raining so I knew We were in for a wet week but it felt damp in there. Our clothes felt damp a day after we had unpacked. When we were packing to leave I took all the bedding apart so they knew we used it and there was mould patches on the duvet and what looked like someone had used it to wipe them selfs (sorry it’s the best way I could describe it) on the sheet that was already tucked under the mattress.my son was using this bedding and I dread to think what else we would have found if I carried on looking!
