Loved it, everything we wanted - relaxation for the adults with the hot tub and great entertainment for the kids plus an indoor pool!

The chalet was modern and clean. I didn't like the carpet, I would have preferred hard flooring, especially with the dogs.

Great wee holiday park. Cabin was smaller than the pictures implied. Beds were comfortable, lovely fresh bedding with exception of blanket in wardrobe which was disgusting with old food stains on it. Staff were made aware of this and hopefully they will change before next people arrive. The cabin was dog friendly. We were charged £40 apparently for cleaning. The cabin stank of dog when we arrived. The place appeared clean enough but I think the smell was in the carpets. Surely the extra £40 for cleaning could have covered getting the carpets cleaned. The kids mattresses were too long for the bed and the bed was too long for the room stopping the cupboard from closing. Not great for a 7 year old who's scared of monsters in the dark! Kids had a great time though. Cabin was well equipped. Staff were lovely were and friendly.

Chalet was great just a shame about the spiders and the sweeping brush/hoover , it took ages to clean with.. also cushions on the sofa kept sliding off

We stayed in a bronze chelet and the standards were what was expected. What let the place down is we arrived want to to put out baby straight to bed and the travel cot we had paid for was not there and had to wait 30 minutes for one. They first morning we found 2 large piece of glass on the floor which is not good when you have a baby picking things up of the ground, you also could not fit a buggy through the doors. I know this was not the parks fault but my partner was carrying his son when a car drove pass covering them in water from a puddle which the car could have avoided. We ask if they could look at the CCTV so we could report it as our baby got socked. I was told they would not because it was not a serious matter. But I have to disagree as it was dangerous for a child and he was driving at speed. As well I didn't understand why I had to pay a deposit for the soft play area key when they gave someone else it after me for free. The restraunt don't do any healthy options for kids. And lastly they do not have disabled access to get to the entertainment at night.

Exterior was in disrepair and filthy, parts missing on roof soffit boards showing structure, facia boards broken,Paving slabs broken and loose which is serious trip hazard. I use of chalet furnishings nothing like web pictures. The chalet smelt foisty and really dated, shower really out dated which pump broke after 2 days.
