We stayed in a bronze chelet and the standards were what was expected. What let the place down is we arrived want to to put out baby straight to bed and the travel cot we had paid for was not there and had to wait 30 minutes for one. They first morning we found 2 large piece of glass on the floor which is not good when you have a baby picking things up of the ground, you also could not fit a buggy through the doors. I know this was not the parks fault but my partner was carrying his son when a car drove pass covering them in water from a puddle which the car could have avoided. We ask if they could look at the CCTV so we could report it as our baby got socked. I was told they would not because it was not a serious matter. But I have to disagree as it was dangerous for a child and he was driving at speed. As well I didn't understand why I had to pay a deposit for the soft play area key when they gave someone else it after me for free. The restraunt don't do any healthy options for kids. And lastly they do not have disabled access to get to the entertainment at night.

A very lovely holiday park , had a great 3 nights away here k lovely views and brilliant staff , and helpful when we needed them , was just a shame about the stairs that my husband couldn’t get to the entertainment club for my son , but was made aware that they are going to try and get a life in the future which I look forward to, thanks for making it a great weekend

Exterior was in disrepair and filthy, parts missing on roof soffit boards showing structure, facia boards broken,Paving slabs broken and loose which is serious trip hazard. I use of chalet furnishings nothing like web pictures. The chalet smelt foisty and really dated, shower really out dated which pump broke after 2 days.

Fantastic site for people with young children. Small site which was good as it felt safe for the children to play.

This was a really enjoyable holiday in very pleasant surroundings. There are plenty of places nearby to visit. We did Gretna Green, Hadrian's Wall, Maryport and the lakes.

The rate we paid was good but I would have been really angry if I had had to pay the full price. Would not rate this over 2.
